HOW I CAN HELP

I work with all teams across health and social care to develop team engagement and performance. I acknowledge that team leadership and management style is fundamental and impacts on team capability, delivery and efficiency. I facilitate teams to unpick barriers and challenges to action initiatives for improving service performance.

 

  • Team Mediator – I will work with and facilitate ‘teams’ to regain or feel more motivated by:

 

  • Understanding each other and differences- ways of working, preferences and how to work together effectively
     

  • Enhance self-awareness to create cohesion, better understanding of impact on others within a team
     

  • How to communicate more effectively, managing conflict and team response to change
     

  • Team development- awareness of silo working, team strengths and potential areas for further development
     

  • MBTI – Personal Impact Reports and Group Feedback
     

  • I offer workshops that focus on enabling team members to see things from each other perspectives and recognise and appreciate team diversity and differences.

PRocess of work

Scoping

  • Diagnostic Assessment: working in partnership is vital to my work. Establishing ‘the ask’ and advising on ‘the reality’ is fundamental to our relationship. 
     

  • Meeting and listening to key stakeholders: development of rapport and relationship to ensure that we meet outcomes effectively and efficiently.

creation

  • Proposal: the production of a proposal document or presentation to jointly agree on what is to be delivered.
     

  • Agreement: contracting, budget and costings are  agreed.

delivery

  • Engagement: regular meetings and interim feedback/ report.
     

  • Timeline/deadlines: jointly developed to ensure that the work remains on track.

  • Evaluation & Sustainability Report: identification and celebration of achievements and recommendations for future development
