I have worked alongside many organisations and recognise the need at times of the importance of aligning development programmes to meet the needs of a specific organisation or agenda. For this reason, I offer the opportunity to co-create and tailor-make a programme that meets those needs.

Unique to you and your organisation – Following meetings with stakeholders and your requirements. A programme aims and objectives, key learning outcomes and structured plan of delivery will be written and presented. This programme will be subject to client’s approval.

Resource Development – alongside programme development will be identification of resources required and used to enhance key engagement and success of your programme.

Project Management- A project management plan as part of a contract will also be developed to ensure that all programme deadlines are realistic, achievable, and met.

Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) – Personal Impact Reports and Feedback. I will provide tailor made interactive one to one sessions, workshops that integrate MBTI® assessment into accredited or bespoke leadership & management, coaching, team development.

Diagnostic Assessment: working in partnership is vital to my work. Establishing ‘the ask’ and advising on ‘the reality’ is fundamental to our relationship.

Meeting and listening to key stakeholders: development of rapport and relationship to ensure that we meet outcomes effectively and efficiently.

Proposal: the production of a proposal document or presentation to jointly agree on what is to be delivered.

Agreement: contracting, budget and costings are agreed.
